Our Story

I'll admit, I wasnt always into fashion. I was that girl who could throw on a pair of jeans, a t-shirt, sneakers and call it a day. My eleventh grade year, I was fascinated by the girls who could speak without speaking. I mean girls spoke LOUD without saying a damn word, all because of what they wore! I wanted to be that girl. I started with simple looks (mostly) from Forever21, wore cute, dainty crop tops and flare skirts. When I got into the modeling world, things took a turn for the best! I became an e-commerce model for Need Supply, the same year I was in awe of appearances from girls in high school. They had ENDLESS looks on ya girl from designers like Lemier, Rachel Comey, Eckhaus Latta, and many more. I became utterly obsessed and spent HOURS gazing at clothes online in class, putting together looks in my head. I could never afford every piece of clothing I wanted, so they never came to life. (I still remember a few items I absolutely needed from F21). Back in 2016, (I believe) I did a photoshoot with a Richmond, VA based photographer and a stylist (Andrea) who I became really close with.  We started doing little side shoots for her online consignment shop. I knew she was a stylist, but later I found out that she THRIFTED all her pieces. Mind-fucking-blown. I was inspired and SUPER eager to get to a thrift store. That was perfect for me since I was never able to purchase the clothes I fancied. Another Richmond based stylist I met at a later photo shoot, by the name of Bree, influenced me with her minimalistic, vintage style shop on Instagram. The rest was history.
